Much of the work that Village Capital effect on behalf of clients requires an efficient process in order to achieve a quick and successful result.

Work typically follows this process:

STAGE 1 - PREPARATION

  • Initial meetings with prospective client
  • Evaluation of project validity and
    likelihood of success
  • Formal engagement
  • Preparation of materials for market

STAGE 2 - TRANSACTION

  • Agree target list of potential investors (funders)
  • Qualify investor interest
  • Supply materials to investors
  • Arrange and attend investor meetings
    alongside clients
  • Advise and negotiate terms on behalf of client

STAGE 3 - COMPLETION

  • Clarify roles of other service providers
    such as lawyers and accountants
  • Advise on documentation
  • Attend closing meetings
