Work typically follows this process:
STAGE 1 - PREPARATION
- Initial meetings with prospective client
- Evaluation of project validity and
likelihood of success - Formal engagement
- Preparation of materials for market
STAGE 2 - TRANSACTION
- Agree target list of potential investors (funders)
- Qualify investor interest
- Supply materials to investors
- Arrange and attend investor
meetings
alongside clients - Advise and negotiate terms on behalf of client
STAGE 3 - COMPLETION
- Clarify roles of other service providers
such as lawyers and accountants - Advise on documentation
- Attend closing meetings
